A wonderful evening of fellowship and fun was enjoyed at our church last Friday when we gathered together for a Barn Dance. Music was provided by the band ‘Six Beats in a Bar’ whose caller, Keith, expertly and with the utmost patience kept us all in order and prevented the dancing from descending into chaos!
A welcome break from dancing came in the form of a ploughman’s supper, before we returned to the dance floor for another session.
Everyone agreed that it was a super evening and we’re very grateful to Bee Griffiths and her team, who worked so hard behind the scenes to organise it and to ensure that it was such a success. We hope that it might be repeated before too long!
