The Joint Public Issues Team is a venture of the Baptist Union of Great Britain, the Methodist Church, and the United Reformed Church, combining their expertise in the area of public issues.
The Team aims to enable the three Churches to work together in living out the gospel of Christ in the Church and in wider society. It promotes equality and justice by influencing those in power and by energising and supporting local congregations.
