Barn Dance – Friendship, Fun and Laughter

What a good time we all had on Saturday, when we enjoyed letting our hair down again at our annual Barn Dance!  Woking-based group ‘Six Beats in a Bar’ and their caller, Keith, made a welcome return to Fleet and did their best to keep us all in order.  Young and old, expert dancers and beginners – we all had fun learning the different dances, and even greater fun when everything went disastrously wrong!

Halfway through the evening we took a welcome break and enjoyed a delicious hot supper expertly prepared by Steve English.  Then back to the hall again for a final session of dancing.

Whether spectators or participants, we all agreed that we had had a great time.  Many thanks to Bee Griffiths and her team of helpers for organising it.

Enjoy the photos here, or go to our YouTube channel, ‘Fleet United Reformed Church‘ to see us in action.
