We were delighted to welcome Moira Cameron to Fleet URC recently. Moira was the first lady Yeoman Warder in the history of the Tower of London and she gave us a very informative and entertaining insight into her life in this Royal Palace.
More than fifty people came along to enjoy her presentation, which followed a delicious supper of chilli con carne prepared by Steve English.
The evening was arranged as part of a social programme to raise money for church funds, and we are looking forward to many more similar events.
